Director and Primary Class Teacher - Janice L. Harp Janice L. Harp received Montessori training and certification through the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI). Since 1985, Mrs. Harp has directed classes in Georgia, Michigan and Indiana at AMI recognized schools. She is dedicated to creating an atmosphere of calm, order and joy while striving to meet the developmental needs of each child in her class. Mrs. Harp serves as administrator and primary class teacher of the school. She lives in Kokomo with her husband Ray.

Primary Class Assistant - Susan McDonald Susan McDonald joined T.C.G. in October of 2006. Mrs. McDonald is our early morning staff person, opening the school for the children that need before school care.  She continues her day assisting Mrs. Harp in the primary class.   Toddler Class Teacher - Shannon Staller Shannon Staller has been with our school since the fall of 2007 when she was employed as a primary class assistant.  Mrs. Staller is now our full time toddler class teacher.  Having received two degrees from IUK, and working as a substitute teacher for eight years, Shannon has a wealth of education and practical experience.   Toddler Class Assistant - Jill Osman Jill Osman was welcomed on board in November of 2009!  Jill works part time helping out with lunch, nap, and assisting in the toddler and primary classes when needed.
